In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
By placing an Order with Hydromax Solutions, whether verbally, in writing, electronically, or through the Hydromax Solutions portal, the Hirer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms form a legally binding contract between Hydromax Solutions and the Hirer.
No variation of these Terms is effective unless agreed in writing by an authorised representative of Hydromax Solutions.
All hire orders must be placed in advance. Hydromax Solutions will issue a written order confirmation detailing items, quantities, hire period, delivery method, and applicable charges. It is the Hirer's responsibility to review this confirmation and notify Hydromax Solutions of any discrepancies within 24 hours.
Hydromax Solutions will deliver Hire Items to the agreed address during the agreed delivery window. The Hirer must ensure an authorised person is available to receive and sign for the delivery. Hydromax Solutions accepts no liability for items left unattended at the Hirer's request.
Where the Hirer elects to collect Hire Items from Hydromax Solutions's premises, the Hirer assumes full responsibility for the items from the time of collection.
Delivery and collection charges will be quoted at the time of Order and confirmed in the order confirmation. Additional charges may apply for after-hours, weekend, or urgent deliveries.
The Hire Period commences on the delivery date and ends on the agreed return date as specified in the order confirmation. The Hirer is responsible for ensuring all Hire Items are returned on or before the agreed return date.
Late return fees apply automatically from the day following the agreed return date. Hydromax Solutions will notify the Hirer of any outstanding items and the applicable charges.
The Hirer is responsible for the care, safe storage, and proper use of all Hire Items during the Hire Period. The Hirer must:
All returned Hire Items will be inspected by Hydromax Solutions upon return. Hydromax Solutions will assess items for damage, staining, and loss within 5 business days of return. The Hirer will be notified in writing of any damage charges identified during inspection.
Hydromax Solutions acknowledges that normal, reasonable use of linen items may result in minor wear. Normal fair wear and tear will not be charged to the Hirer. The assessment of fair wear and tear is made at the sole reasonable discretion of Hydromax Solutions.
Invoices will be issued upon completion of the hire period or as otherwise agreed. Payment is due by the date stated on the invoice.
The following charges apply in addition to the agreed hire fee. All amounts are in AUD and inclusive of GST.

The Hirer must notify Hydromax Solutions of any cancellation or amendment to an Order as early as possible and in writing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hydromax Solutions's liability to the Hirer for any claim is limited to the total value of the relevant hire fees paid for the Order giving rise to the claim. Hydromax Solutions is not liable for:
All charges are stated inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable. Hydromax Solutions will issue tax-compliant invoices as required by the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth).
Hydromax Solutions collects and holds personal information for the purpose of providing hire services and managing accounts. Personal information will not be shared with third parties except as required to deliver services or as required by law. Our Privacy Policy is available on request.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
All notices and communications under these Terms must be in writing and may be delivered by email or post to the contact details provided at the time of Order, or via the Hydromax Solutions client portal.
